First of all the rooms had so much moisture that the ceramic tile in front of the door you could fall asleep and fall The bed sheets were soaking wet they tried three different rooms when I came back down to try to tell us that we were crazy there's no way that third room's like that when you took your shoes off your socks start wet on the carpet they told us they were going to reimburse me the the whole amount of money for the hotel room plus the $50 for the valet eye parts for the valet parking I did not receive any of it I've been disputing it with the bank they have not received it and it was absolutely by far the worst hotel ever

Contactless doesn't really work that well they might give you a number to the room or its number to get in either way you need to stop at front desk and make sure. A keycard would solve this problem. There bathtub is highly slippery when taking a shower so be careful. Last but not least the checking or early check in process was not so great. I arrived at the property around 4am close to 5 i got to the front desk and was told no room was ready and for a extra fee i would have to pay for another day which i don't have with there rates at that time or cancel which i couldn't afford either. I had to wait till 2pm to checked in early when normal checking in was at 4pm. I sat and waited in the lobby for 10 hrs to get checked in. With that size of a building and room i would think they have one vacant room somehow. The older gentlemen who took over in the morning was very accommodating to my situation and was the only thing positive about the stay.
