First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon.
It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed.

Stayed here for the interzoo 2026 exhibition, great hotel, great service, great staff very helpful and informative, room was ready before we even checked in, clean and good size rooms, taxi services was provided, late checkout was available. Throughly enjoyed my stay great for business.
