"Staff was friendly - the rest of the place was terrible. It says renovated but it's just the outside pain job and lobby. Everything else is horrible. Second floor foundation is horrible so they moved us to another and it was also poor. So much that we couldn't close the bathroom door and we would slide to the wall while in the shower. The carpets were filthy, sheets dingey, no chairs or sofa like what was in the pics. Pool is not working, said they allow pets but only dogs not cats - glad I didn't bring my Louie. The pics are not the same as what is in person. It is the epitome of a catfish. The price was right but not anything else. STAY FAR AWAY. We were supposed to stay the whole weekend we checked out that next morning. "

"We were initially very happy with the suite, as it had a living area, kitchen, and bedroom. However, the bathroom had serious issues. During the shower, the water in the tub rose to ankle level, and afterward the entire floor was covered in water. The sink also filled up quickly and drained very slowly. Because of this, my family member couldn’t use either the shower or the sink. It also appeared these problems had occurred before. Additionally, the trash bin under the kitchen sink was full, and there were items left behind from previous guests. The front desk staff at check-in was not very friendly. Although the staff later tried to help, it was already late (around 11 PM), so no real solution was provided, only a promise of compensation. Unfortunately, this affected our overall experience. On a positive note, the food was good, especially the fruit with cottage cheese and berries."

"Stayed here before and it was great- this time not so much. I booked a king room and they gave me a queen, wasn’t too bothered since I did book through Expedia, and there was no price difference. However our room was not the cleanest, hair in the shower, floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed, trash pieces on the floor. Overall a decent hotel but just had a not so clean room, "
