« Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work.
