« Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. « The staff was amazing. The room was very clean very nice. It was very pleasant stay and very affordable. It was nice to have a place like this that fit my budget, but I was treated like royalty. »

« First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away. « Pool was not open no breakfast and the room was disgusting the lady at desk was so rude and u could tell she didn't care that I was telling her the room was disgusting she tried to say the reason why I was going to leave was because I found a better cheaper price at a better hotel but that's not the case I didn't look for another hotel till I got into the room and it was nasty I would never ever go back there again and I would never recommend anyone to go there »

« Hotel is somewhat outdated but they keep it clean. There is a need to perform some updates to support in possible liability issues and mold. Other items can be handled very easily (e.g. screwing in bathroom light bulb that is missing or burnt out. Cover to fan in bathroom. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. « The room 713 had bed bugs, we went to bed and quickly discovered the bed was crawling with bed bugs and we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Would not recommend! »
