"I booked this for my husband and 4 adult children and their significant others to be together for a family wedding. It was a fantastic place to stay and have family time. Pool table was a HUGE hit, as well as the ping pong table, projection TV and outdoor space for our 4 legged family members to take a break. "Upon arrival we noticed the yard had not been mowed. Once we entered the house we discovered that the back door was left open. Touring the house we noticed the locked supply closed was left open and windows cleaner left in the living room..After all that our stay was nice."

"My family and I were attending a wedding in St Joseph’s and Ethan’s home was a perfect spot to stay. The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan. "Gorgeous modern home! The owner was super easy to talk to and reasonable. No cleanliness issues at all. Although the functionality of the outdoor built-in speakers during grilling or ceiling speakers for films would have added to the experience, it did not impact the overall excellence of our stay.
