« The Host was excellent. Communications were outstanding! The property is very cozy, clean, and close to my favorite street, Youree Drive, without being directly on the street. Loved the BED!!! This was like an Efficiency Apartment. Peaceful. It is not in the main house, located behind the main house. I wished I could have gotten in the POOL!!! Not a polar bear. Spacious in the common area. « I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. « The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The hotel’s maintenance is in disarray. The doorknobs are falling off, and the pool water was green. Strangely, there was a sign near my room’s emergency exit that discouraged its use. I’m not sure the fire department would approve of that sign. On the positive side, the staff and breakfast were quite good. »
