Whilst we did not use the spa facilities, they looked very welcoming as did the entire Hotel which is well situated in the historic old part of Rouen

Was not disappointed with this space. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Looks cheesy in the photos, but in reality looked so much better. Shower was amazing. Sky light in room.
Very charming. Felt safe. Very walkable neighbourhood.
We were on the top floor. Took a the smallest elevator up to the 3rd floor then had to walk up to the 4th floor where are room was. Again very charming.

We had a beautiful room with the tower just off our balcony. The room and bathroom were bigger than we had expected. It was close enough to walk our luggage to the train station and also walk into the centre of town. A very nice stay.

The only part we liked about the hotel was the location, which was close to town center. Our room was small, they have us the one in the attic, very dangerous for people traveling with kids because the stairs to room door did not have any other door to block.
