It was in the right area we were looking for. However the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything thou out the house. A tv would have been nice in the main living area instead of in the loft with super steep sketchy latter to get to . The privacy around the house was very much misleading sitting on the deck staring at the neighbors was not what was envisioned.
