Although tiny, it was perfect for the two of us for a quick weekend trip to the city. The location is in a nice quiet family oriented neighborhood and we appreciated the off street parking. This made it so easy to unload & load our luggage & food. As advertised there is a washer & dryer if needed but, be sure to bring a bit of laundry soap. You’ll also need to bring your own bar soap or body wash for the shower as well as shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need to make a meal & we appreciated the complimentary local coffee & tea choices. Bring your own foil, plastic wrap & ziplocks. As advertised, there is not a dishwasher or disposal but, that was not a bother for us. There’s a nice walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. All the linens were soft, & freshly laundered. It's near by a whole foods and close to a Safeway grocery. This little house had almost everything we needed for our week stay in Portland and was more convenient and comfortable than a hotel. The bed was comfortable. The tv had lots of options. They had a lot of pots and pans for your baking needs and lots of towels. Our daughter loved it. Furniture is comfortable, bathroom is clean and roomy. Kitchen is more than adequate and the coffee and tea was delightful. We really like thia neighborhood too. And this gem of a spot is very quiet!
