The Space:

Tiny Home 1 combines a compact main-level kitchen and living area with a queen sleeping loft above. The loft requires climbing a ladder and should not be described as step-free. The unit has one private bathroom. It is one of three tiny homes behind the main farmhouse.



Guest Access:

At the white farmhouse, open the uncoded exterior gate on the left, go up the stairs, and follow the path into the courtyard. Tiny Home 1 is the wood home with a green roof closest to the neighboring building; its entrance is at the far end by the tree. Use the reservation-specific Schlage smart-lock credential in the secure portal. Do not enter through the farmhouse door.



The Neighborhood:

The property is in Portland's Hosford-Abernethy area between the SE Division and SE Hawthorne corridors, near restaurants, cafes, shops, and transit. Business hours and routes change; verify current details before relying on them.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, public transit, and rideshare are available in the area. Public curb parking is the only parking provided: spaces are not reserved, and guests must follow permanent and temporary signs. No private driveway or guaranteed parking space is included.



Other Things to Note:

No in-unit laundry is currently verified for Tiny Home 1. The queen loft is reached by a ladder. Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. No parties or events. Dogs only, maximum two; a $99 fee per dog per stay applies unless already included by the booking channel. Cats are not permitted.
