Maybe upgrade the tv so people can access their Hulu, Netflix, prime etc... It would have been great to have ventilation in the kitchen so the fire alarm didn't go off every time I cooked an egg. Laminate flooring damaged; electrical problems; ants; dirty shower and bathroom flooring; and only table had broken loose legs. Futon is worn and was torn in several places.
