« We booked the trip due to a work project my husband had in a nearby area. Originally, it was to be myself, husband and our two small dogs, but due to the declining health of a family member I and the dogs were unable to travel. My husband had recently hired an employee (family friend) who stayed with him instead. Both have stated the home was great. A gentleman walking his dog (who happens to also be a bills fan) was extremely polite & friendly making us feel welcome in the neighborhood. Close to everything. « The owner was big on communication, and it was much appreciated. The rental had a lot of features we didn't use that I wish we could have took advantage of. We stayed for 3 nights. Never used the outside parts of the property. It was too cold. Looks like it would be great when the weather was warmer. Very quiet place. Heard nothing from the neighbors. « The house was amazing! So so clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. I loved all the eclectic art and knick knacks. The yard and patio was nice and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. My dog loved staying here. It was super easy to get in and out and the offstreet parking was very convenient. If I ever stay in Charlotte again I would definitely rebook. »

"Blocked here for two nights due to cancelled flight. So I worked, trained ate and slept. Fast WiFi. Good for working. Good gym for being a hotel gym. 20 min on the step machine and then some free weights. The breakfast is a real breakfast served with real plates. (No paper or plastics) The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. You get what you pay for!"
