You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
### Romantic Lakefront Suite with Great Views
This spacious guest suite is brand new and built in 2018, it is a private bedroom/bathroom located as part of our house on the ground level. Guests can use the separate room with a table and chairs for eating. The Suite also has its own entrance. The Suite is appointed with hardwood flooring and new furnishings. The Suite is part of a 6000sq. ft. home situated on a point lot with amazing views of Lake Norman. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Enjoy the views from the 7 person hot tub. The separate structure (boathouse) on the property is not the suite.
Use the paddle board, canoe, 2 kayaks and floats provided which can be found in the standalone boathouse also pictured. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 on the property. Property number1076055 that will work for small family or friends wanting to get together, both have private entrances. There are 2 friendly Golden Retrievers on the property.

My sister and I spent two days at this property and could not have enjoyed it more. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family or anyone I know traveling to the Mooresville area. Although this is a room in a larger home, it feels private and has a separate entrance. Dawn was very friendly, and the doggo greeting committee even better! Very comfortable and absolutely gorgeous lake views. The hot tub was awesome too!
