Near downtown and any kind of restaurant you can imagine. We didn't have to communicate with the landlord much but when we did, he was always quick to response. There was four of us staying there and we had plenty of space to hang out, cook and sleep. The location was great for us as we were working/playing in Uptown for the majority of our visit. Definitely needs some maintenance, some furniture drawers were broken and it seemed like as soon as you touch an appliance or a bathroom handle it falls off.
