Relax and enjoy your time in Charlotte from this charming home comfortably furnished to support everything you could need during your stay. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home boasts an open style living room and kitchen area to maximize time spent together. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils, everything you need to enjoy a meal together. Start your mornings with complimentary coffee & tea out on the front porch! Remote workers and students can work from their own private desk and take advantage of high speed internet throughout the house. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. It was clean and had comfy chairs in the living room for visiting. We even spent some time on the porch in the nice chirs provided there. It was close to uptown and the sights that we wanted to visit.We didn't come with kurig cups so we used the coffee press provided. I would suggest a kettle for the stove. Othwerwise the kitchen was fully equipped. The master bedroom didn't have a closet available so I would suggest hooks for hanging clothes.Those, however are only minor suggestions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like home. As we entered the house, a quaint little home away from home with all the amenities we could need including some we forgot to take with us. Great location! Near downtown and any kind of restaurant you can imagine. We didn't have to communicate with the landlord much but when we did, he was always quick to response.
