« Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Secluded and quiet, but walkable to many stores and even a bar. Community pool was a huge bonus for the kids. Straight shot to Bethany Beach. We loved staying at this house and would happily return in the future. »

« The house and location was wonderful. In a very quiet community. The community offered a gym, pool and tennis courts. We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the shuttle system to the beach was a life saver. It was a clean place and we all enjoyed having our own privacy space in the house. Steven was very responsive. »

Loved having bikes to use and beach itemsCommunity was not. crowded or loud. Parking a couple of days was a challenge. Especially getting our one spot in front of the villa and our truck was too large for garage. Overall though great »

« Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation »
