"Property is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. Parking on the street was easy. This basement apartment is newly decorated and squeaky clean. There was a hot water heater but no coffee maker. We brought this to the owners attention and it should not be a problem in the future. We would stay here again! "

"I wanted to love this cute place so much and all of us were looking forward to exploring NYC and enjoying the beach from here. It's in a great location to both sides of Rockaway and the beautiful boardwalk, shopping and restaurants and bars. The major and huge issue with The High Tide Hotel is its location over the island's loudest bar. It has a horrible head banging noise situation. The band speakers are positioned at the ceiling and thumped through the floors till 3am every night. This place...

"Check-in process easy! The carriage apartment Is quaint, clean, parking on premises, electric stove, toaster oven, coffee machine, full functioning kitchen! Awesome place to stay and Glen Cove restaurants and parks abound! You will love staying here. We booked it for wedding planning at St. Rocco and for wedding accommodations in June 2025. It was super clean, spacious for 1-2 (if you know, that's hard to find in NYC), easy to get to and from, and the host was incredibly gracious and connected!
