Yes the room was spotless and the staff were very nice

Really nice room and comfortable bed. Staff was polite but seemed helpless. However.... Breakfast was poor, not even up to what you'd find as a mid-range regular corporate hotel. AND...Booked through Expedia and thought I was paying in full. BUT At checkout, I was surprised to be charged over $100 extra by the hotel, well, just because. Apparently they charge extra for having a hotel there. Does this make sense? No. Was I informed before checkout? No. This "boutique hotel" was not able to provide any more complementary bottled water than the bottle at check-in ("we don't do that"), did not replace hand towels, makeup wipes, etc. when asked, and the front desk/little amenities store was not able to change a $20 (so I could leave tips for the cleaners) because, well, "it is a holiday week." Yes, it was a holiday, but that might have been anticipated.

The room (1120) was great and the young lady who checked me in at the Front Desk, Kay, was AWESOME! She was courteous, helpful and just all around a NICE person to interact with!

I’ve stayed here before nice clean, great area, only flaws I never gets scrambled eggs always the egg with the Cheese in it but it is a great breakfast
