Belle Isle State Park Vacation Packages

The hotel is centrally located so it was easy to get to things. There is construction going on right beside the hotel so it was noisy from 7am-3pm. The cleaning staff did a very good job cleaning the rooms. My room did not have a safe. Front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about activities, restaurant choices etc. We had to look things up on our own.

Staff went out of their way to find a room to accommodate our needs. Friendly staff and breakfast attendee were the best!

The first room we were in smelled heavily of a greasy men’s cologne when we entered. At 11:00 P.M., my husband and I were awakened by guests laughing and talking loudly. A few minutes later, cigarette smoke was pouring through the vents in our room, and it triggered my allergies. I couldn’t breathe and my eyes were burning. I contacted the front desk, and she was so very sweet and apologetic. She moved us to another room at midnight. The upholstery in the lobby and curtains in our room were soiled/stained. The carpet in the halls was worn.
