Fabulous Hotel! Including the watersports and archery is a genius idea! Loved every second of our stay here!

Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in Arabic under his breath. Not nice considered there are people out there with medical issues and no one should have to face that sort of treatment. The beach was lovely, very clean and sandy clear waters. Overall a great stay minus the few encounters of rude staff

Room was clean but located opposite a service room so every time a service person went in/ out the door banged. We were staying only for a few days so couldn’t be bothered to pack everything and ask for a new room. I was really looking forward to the food but I was really underwhelmed. In the buffet, a lot of the fresh meat/ fish was bland. I found things to eat but can’t say I enjoyed every meal. The meal in the à la carte was definitely the best meal we had. Spa staff were friendly and I had a nice massage. Reception staff could change pounds to local currency but weren’t able to change the other way round. Either change small amounts at a time or spend all of the local currency before heading to the airport to avoid getting your money taken. Ok for an affordable break but wouldn’t say I’d return.

Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing letting it down was the air conditioning, it only worked from 3pm to 3am and had a foul odor when working.
