It was well worth it! Bed and room comfy and well appointed. The breakfast package was great value! Although there is a lift, some stairs to rooms as well. It is a grand old building. Onsite parking at 15 GDP per night was also well worth it. Get there early enough to grab a spot. The Hotel is up a steep hill to the city, but bus outside to Bath centre if required. Local places to eat nearby down the hill including the great Pig and Fiddle pub. We did not eat dinner at the Hotel, but it was available.
