« First off, I arrived at the hotel I was booked for, only to find out my reservations were move to another hotel because they overbook me. I arrive at the sister hotel, they had two rooms for me to choose from, room 222 and 214. After several attempts, I could not get access to room 214 so I proceeded to room 222 and this room was a mess, the bathroom had a huge patch of black mold above the shower, the lights did not work and it wreak of cigarette smoke, the room was clearly under construction...

« The room was fairly clean. The desk staff tried to help but we had a party of 4 & the hotel had no sheets or blankets for the 2 individuals using the pullout couch. I asked the front desk twice & they had no blankets available either night. Since then I’ve messaged the property manager twice and corporate once; it’s been over a week & no response. We had to buy our on blankets to stay at a hotel; seems like this should have been a basic amenity for the number of guests we booked for the stay. »
