"Newly renovated, beautiful view of the river, friendly staff, comfy beds, amazing restaurant (Helen's) in the same parking lot. Only complaints were: The pillows (too firm, woke up multiple times because of this, woke up with a stiff neck/muscle spasms) There's no desk or even a table to use for computer and no chairs upstairs on the deck to use outside. On the 2nd floor, the balcony is one long deck so people walk by your room. Make sure your sliding door is locked! No privacy on the balcony obviously. "

"We loved the cabin and surrounding grounds. All the saplings and rock features made this a one of a kind location. The rooms were all very inviting, especially the main living area and fireplace. All the wonderful books to peruse made winding down very enjoyable. The cabin’s location was a nice distance from Corea, and both the Schoodic and main attractions of Acadia National Park. We will be visiting again someday and will be sure to recommend this cabin to friends."

"Great location which made for a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Was just as advertised. Hot tub was great under a clear sky of stars. Our pups loved sitting out on the deck in the sunshine. Overall great experience. Only thing we can say should be changed is to have the home owner delineate the pet fee amount in advance. We highly recommend this property."

The owner Steven checked in with us a couple of times via text to see if we had any questions or needed anything.. Which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This place is incredible! My wife and I stayed here with another couple and all four of us loved this place! The location is fairly remote, but that is what we were looking for. It takes roughly 1 1/2 hours to get to Bar Harbor/Acadia Park by car, however the drive is easy. We spent every night(when not raining) at the waterfront fire pit . The view of the water with all the lobster boats moored in the bay is so serene. We even met the neighbor, who is a great guy! The house has everything you can possibly need. Every kitchen necessity is there and the pantry is fully stocked with anything you might need while making a meal. I 100% recommend this house! AND make sure to stop by Ray's. He is a second generation butcher/sandwich place at the end of Dyer's Rd."
