The house/cottage is very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. There aren't any stores or restaurants nearby, so stop at a grocery store in Ellsworth. There might be some firewood left by others, but it would be best to purchase some camp wood on the way. It is sold by seemingly everybody. Bar Harbor is an hour away by car. "
