Started with the check in, very smooth and 2 friendly and helpful guys ( Cameron and sorry i didn’t get the name of the second person) at the reception. Celebrating a birthday and we were surprised with a birthday card and a cake. We had a 2 bedrooms suites and it’s very comfortable and spacious. Relaxing at the pool and jacuzzi and not to forget very well situated. Everyone was very happy and we will be back for sure. "

"The staff were okay and the location was excellent but it's really a very old rundown boarding house. Not really what I'd call a hotel at all. Looks old and run down and there's been no maintenance done for about 30 years"

"The room was excellent and clean, with a comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great location with tram stop just a few steps away. Generally quiet despite being located on a main road. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not working, and construction noise a couple of doors away meant no Saturday or Sunday sleep in past 745am. Other than that, enjoyed my stay. "
