"The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. The kitchen had basic equipment. A few more baking dishes as well as a basic stock of dry goods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have elevated the experience."

There is a main house as well as a smaller house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and its own small kitchen and living room, which was good for us because the people with children were able to stay separately from those without. "Two level accomodation - kitchen & leisure areas on ground floor & sleeping upstairs. Lots of space to enjoy and relax. Fully equipped kitchen if you wish to self cater. Very close to restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and other services. It was a good base to explore the many areas of Burgundy."

"Agnes the owner is very nice. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, be sure to check out the Church in a field of sunflowers about 4 miles away. Train to Paris is easy and about an hours ride. You will need a car to get around though in general including to the station."
