Room was very clean

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The location was amazing, everything was within walking distance. The room was very specious. However, they did okay job cleaning the room daily. They provided clean cups and replenish the water bottles but didn't vacuum or made the bed. We didn't have any good view or balcony from our room. breakfast was not included with our room. We ordered room service on our last night. The food was pricey and did not taste good at all. I would not recommend ordering room service. We travelled all night the night before the day we checked in and we requested an early check in. But they couldn't honor that. I run a hotel business myself and I know sometimes it's not possible to provide a room at 9 am when your check in time is 3, but a big hotel like this can easily provide a room 2/3 hours early. The front desk woman, I believe her name was Liane, was quite rude with us. All other staff were very nice.

It was about average, like a regular hotel. The bathroom in our room was almost broken and quite annoying because water leaked outside the shower area. Getting from the room to the breakfast area was a bit difficult, and the breakfast space was small. The breakfast items were usually cold unless I reheated them in the microwave. The only real advantage was its location, and the housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning the room.

Staff was very helpful and professional.
