Great Family Vacation
When I booked this property (back in the winter) it was a new listing with no reviews. I then went on and read Ashley H's review of "the party house" that was published 8/11 right before I checked in. I was a nervous wreck! That review could not have been any more inaccurate! (The only truth was that the outdoor furniture was different than what was pictured and that there was no fire pit- but to be honest the fire pit was not listed as an amenity on the VRBO site anyways) The house itself was clean and well decorated. There was minimal wear and tear noted but nothing that would make me describe the home as not clean. The white linens were in pristine condition!
Now for our review:
We had a great time staying at the Herndanez's beach home! The house is on a quiet dead end and there is water access right in the backyard. We brought our kayaks and had a great time exploring the local waterways. The house is minutes away from the Bay Beach and a pirate ship playground that the kids loved! The pool was great! That is where we spent most of our time. We loved utilizing the downstairs game room where they had billiards and darts. A few more things members of my family loved were the waterfall shower, outdoor hook/ring game, and the Rae Dunn decor. The Herdandez family was a pleasure to work with. They were great at communicating and made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. The even treated us to lunch one afternoon! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.
