"Great rooms and amenities, very comfortable beds, great bathroom, nice sized balcony, great pool, good restaurant, beautifully landscaped grounds. Only issue was AC wasn’t working properly and left a msg with the front desk for repair/maintenance. Highly recommend this Hotel property!"

"The picture is not the place! Once I signed up I got the address. It is an old office building. The picture of the room showed a bed that touched all 4 walls (it must have been a fold up bed). The room looked dirty, the walls were smudged. This is not a valid property at all. I called and reported to Expedia and cancelled my reservation. It took excessively long to get a refund given I cancelled immediately upon seeing the real picture."

"Good location, getting in and out of the driveway is a little tricky due to the busy road but the road noise was not an issue. "

"Beautiful little hotel, very nice rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is good, not great, but there are a ton of places to eat around it, but definitely good for a morning pick-me-up. Pretty quiet for being right off a major throughfare, just jet traffic noise from SJO, but that's common. I would defintiely stay again next time I am in the area. "

"Great little studio with everything you need for a stay in Palo Alto. There's a hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, and even beans and a grinder—not to mention AC. It's in a quiet suburban neighbourhood; I recommend renting a bike to get around. "

"An excellent place for our overnight stay on a budget. Did all of the basics well. Extra touches demonstrate a genuine concern for the traveler. A firmer mattress would have made the stay perfect. Very good restaurants nearby."
