"Overall a good experience. We had to wait well over an hour past check-in for our room to be ready. Grounds were nice and rooms were clean. Do not expect wash cloths. We had to ask for them daily. "Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
