« The tub in 320, 5 Pines needs mold removal and new caulk.
The tub itself was clean, but it looked very bad around the edges »

All 3 times different staff, pool was always closed all 3 time. 10/2-10/4 stay new mngr told me owners don’t publish pool closed because no one will book.. breakfast sucks, access cards stop working, toilet doesn’t work absolute hellhole »

« In our Expedia profile we have requested 1st floor. No 1st floor rooms were available, which is fine until they tell us there is NOT an elevator!! We are senior citizens with health issues, if what is listed on our profile is not available, we should be notified before booking so we can go elsewhere. This is not acceptable Expedia! And, perhaps the hotel should include on their website that they don't have an elevator! »

« Walking into the motel there was a chemical smell.
Not sure what it was cleaning or disinfecting. Got a room key andwent to the room. Small room no clock and notice the toilet in the bathroom. It was off center kind of turned towards the wall a little. Should have been our first clue. But we needed to get to a wedding. So we left on returning
And taking off our shoes, the carpet was damp. I walked into the bathroom and the toilet was leaking out of the bottom, which the bathroom floor was wet....
