"The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Our shower had black mold. We stayed 4 days, no room services, towels, toilet seal at base leaked. The hotel has been upgraded but no room cleaning. You can hear guests next door, even when they talked low. "

"The ocean view was awesome, and we loved the room! Two things to let you know about: 1. We turned on the fireplace, but the flame was (we think) blown out by the breeze down the exhaust pipe. We smelled the gas and turned it off. The fireplace should be double-checked for safety. 2. The mattress might need replacing. There was a substantial "dip" on my side that made it a little challenging to sleep. However, maybe it's just me. Thahks again!"

"Great location, right across from the Tolovana State park. Lovely room with a fireplace and fridge. I arrived a little early and they were happy to help me get in a room. I look forward to going back in the spring. Hot tub and pool were nice too. "

"Room needs TLC. Toilet paper holder fell off of the cabinet wall. Toilet plugged up, not flushable. Toilet seat loose from the porcelain toilet. Beds were comfortable. Basically the rest of the room was acceptable."
