Overall, my stay was decent. The best parts were the clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows, friendly staff, convenient location, attached Dunkin’, and excellent shower pressure. The room was dusted, vacuumed, smelled freshly cleaned, and I did not see any pests. The property itself is dated and needs renovations. Some furniture and the bathroom door were damaged. The TV quality was poor, and several remote buttons did not work, including the menu and closed-caption buttons. The hallways were clean but smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana at times. I also had concerns about the exterior doors appearing to be kept unlocked, and the pool camera feed being visible from the front desk. I enjoyed my stay overall, but the hotel needs serious updating, better upkeep, and stronger enforcement of its smoking policies.

Be ready to wait about an hour to check in also no signs about having to sign waivers but you do . Had a 2 bedroom and size was great but if you close your door the room gets HOT bring a fan . Also CHECK the room we found no soap in dispensary, empty coffee packet and by the bed an open condom ..check the room! Try to stay on 3rd floor because only 2 elevators working and they have 6 floors so you’ll be waiting

The property was good. The room we stayed in was very moist. We had to turn the AC up and dry out the room. It was a little strange to walk into a room with so much moisture. It was clean, but not dry... It was nice that we could stay with our dog. That was the most important thing to us, was that our dog was allowed. Overall, it was a quick stay, and it was good.

Great place for kids! I just wish the water park had more exciting slides and attractions. Other than that, the rooms were okay. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get much sleep because there was a lot of noise from the walls and ceiling throughout the night. I personally prefer Camelback and Kalahari because they offer more to do and have been quieter in my experience.
