"Front desk greeted us warmly. Would have liked the person I spoke with to have been more knowledgeable about nearby dining options. Room was spacious and clean except for room phone. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom sink was missing drain pop up so good think no jewelry dropped straight down the drain. Missing some toiletries other Westins typically furnish."

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Luxurious, old world charm. From high ceilings, marble everywhere, beautiful appointments from the lobby to the room. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very attentive and professional staff everywhere. Also enjoyed the bar area Friday evening and the restaurant for breakfast on Saturday. Food was elevated and delicious. Hotel is walking distance to the Taft and the city in general. Highly recommend."

"Room was fine some carpet stains they could vacuum hallways and clean stains more. Landscaping let go. Signs and entrance can easily be missed and there is only one. My room key got demagnetized twice staff took care of it just annoying as ive never had that happen anywhere before."
