"Room & facilities are clean"

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"We planned a weekend trip to Puerto Galera, leaving Manila on Thursday afternoon and stop in Batangas City. Alpa Hotel offered a good stay before taking the boat the next day morning to Puerto Galera. There is a restaurant, although the food was nothing special. I do recommend to try a Filipino cuisine dish. The hotel provides a shuttle to the pier."

"Beautiful place, wonderful staff, boat for hire to take you to islands, massage services. Owner is polite and helps with anything and staff is very nice and willing to help, love this place and the people."

"Great Staff, very comfortable bed, room clean. Hotel and rooms need facelift, many parts have peeling paint of worn down areas. Pool is nice with great Ocean View. Restaurant is ok not great"

"I like the design of the cabins but the a/c cannot handle the heat of the weather. There are lots of flies in the dining area. We cannot really enjoy the food because of it. The food was not spectacular and not commensurate with the price. There is also not much to see with the price tag. All activities are additional costs. Staff are all nice but I have noticed that after they served the food they just went missing."
