It was a good stay, clean , food was good. Only thing was we could hear every noise from the floor like people talking next door , people closing doors and outside like car noises on the road. We stayed on 6th flr.

The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. Friendly staff though and quick to address any concerns. Looking forward to when they are fully operational.

Brand new budget hotel

You literally get what you pay for. It's a brand new hotel, but still a budget hotel. The staff whilst are lovely and friendly are so clueless as to what is going on. You walk into a grand entrance with an automated grand piano then it's all downhill from there. There are no credit card facilities, and then are empty show rooms just doing nothing. Presumably waiting to get fitted. To get to the pool, you need to walk through the dining area, ask the wait staff for beach towels and then when your finished your swim, you walk back though the dining room. It's the weirdest set up! The room is nice enough, however also a weird setup in the bathroom. The bath shower had no shower curtain. Then the stand alone shower glass panels were much shorter than the shower head so water just went everywhere. The floor in the rooms was absolutely filthy. It was clearly not cleaned properly post th construction as the soles of your feet ended up black. It's not a quality build at all. Everything looks rushed or half finished, including the gym. You walk in, aircon is off and half of it has no proper flooring. The food was below par. We ordered several dishes and to be told they weren't available and th dishes that did arrive were not edible. It was the lasagna and chicken/pork adobo. Not to mention the food is completely overpriced. The place has potential if they fix all of those things. If all you want is a place with a pool and a clean bed then this is the place for you.

I've booked a room for for my wife. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024. - While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be. - Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking. - Hotel staff are great. Approachable. We'll come back next year. Thank you.

I will never book another trip to stay at this hotel again. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in all my years of travels. When I knew what I was in for, I tried to cancel the booking within minutes, but they would not allow the cancellation. I would recommend that if you are thinking about staying at this hotel, think twice about doing it.

Can be a gem in Batangas

With a last minute booking, we found this place in the middle of Batangas. It is accessible with taxi (P500-600) that hotel can arrange but not public transportation friendly. The location is 20 mins (14km) away from Batangas Port, for those who intend to go the Puerto Galera, there are more options near the port, but not as pleasant as this hotel. The lobby of the hotel is very spacious with modern furnishings and the room we were in was bigger than average with good bed sheets and pillows. It's a new hotel and I think it should have waited a bit more to make sure it's ready for guests instead of having a soft opening - this soft opening can be very disappointing as the staff needs more training but we were served to the utmost and all is well. Thank you!
