During our booking, we had requested for 2 rooms furthest from the lift lobby. We were given the furthest room on the highest floor. Also, this was not our first choice to stay around the area. "Room was very clean, quality of mattress is good, quiet and good for sleep unlike some hotels too near to mosque with large prayer noise. Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. "

"The location is great and easy access to other places as well. The shopping mall is right beside the hotel. The breakfast spread is great and the food is delicious. Only thing is the TV in the room. No channels to watch. We only managed to find YouTube which is at very slow rate. We watched until we fall asleep because the channels keep pausing. Anyway we only stayed one night but the experience is still good. Will consider to come stay again next time. It’s a wheelchair friendly hotel. Good. "
