"We liked the building, the parking, and the entire apartment. We could walk to the beach or drive for 5 minutes and park - pretty much for free. Beach was beautiful and clean. -- the neighborhood of the building, however, is one big construction sight, offering lots of daytime noise, coming from several directions at once. There was also so much trash everywhere....The front of the building, the lobby, and the facilities in general, were VERY, Very clean. Excellent. The air conditioning worked...
