« My stay at this VRBO property was very disappointing and ended early due to multiple issues. The property looked quite different from the listing photos. Upon check-in, I found food waste in the kitchen sink from a previous guest, and the floors appeared dirty. « Great location, went with family and the little one loved it,, bed and sheets were clean and comfortable,, I just wasn’t crazy about them forgetting to mop/ sweep floors and wipe down counters. This also wasn’t a last minute reservation. »

« The hosts are very responsive, they usually returned emails or messages within hours. They also answered their phones to give answers that we needed. The place is set up very nicely for 4 ladies to stay, each having our own queen bed and bathroom. It's very close to everything, you are within 10 miles of nearly everything you would what to do in Austin. The pool and hot tub area looked lovely but we did not use it. « I booked and fully paid for this apartment six weeks in advance. Communication was entirely automated and unhelpful. I was told I would receive check-in instructions 30 minutes before arrival, but never did. While en route, I had to call and wait on hold to get them sent. I arrived around 8 p.m. in the rain to an empty office. The key box code I was given did not work. After more calls, I was told someone had already used my code and taken the keys. « The house is just as listed. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in went smoothly after a minor technically issue with the app but Ames was proactive and was very quick to respond and help. Parking was a little bit of a challenge though. There isn’t any specific place to park. It’s first come, first serve parking on the street. We had attended a concert and arrived late. The street was full and others had parked in the loading zone for the night. My husband drove around for probably 15...

« The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced....
