Basher Vacation Packages

There was only one person on when we checked in . He was not very informative or warm and welcoming . When we got to our room the tv was on and the beds were made as if it had been cleaned but upon pulling back the bed sheets we discovered that they were soiled from previous guests . We called the front desk to ask for new sheets and were told we would have to come to get some at the reception area because there was only the one person there for the entire hotel and he couldn’t leave his post there at reception . Also, the next morning when we tried to check out, there was a large line of unhappy people waiting to do the same, but no receptionist available so we just left, hoping that they checked us out appropriately as we could not sit and wait for someone to show up . In genera, this hotel is dated and old . I was surprised it was a Wyndham property to be honest .

The staff at the Sheraton is amazing! They made us feel like family! The lobby had several conversation nooks that were warm and welcoming! Can’t recommend it highly enough!
