The apartment was very clean and spacious. The check in process was seamless and it was located centrally - a very pleasant and easy walk to the Old Town. The host, Karsten, was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a lot of helpful information on things to do and places to eat at and just other general tips for Mostar, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend staying at the apartment!

The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are spacious and well designed. However, the level of cleanliness could be improved, especially for a 5-star property.
The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Although there was plenty of food and a good selection, the quality did not match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. It felt more focused on quantity than on freshness, taste, and overall quality. I have had significantly better breakfasts at some 4-star hotels.
The location is excellent and very convenient, but overall, I expected a higher standard of service and quality from a 5-star hotel.
