The place is spotless and beautiful! The beach area is very nice and just perfect. It is a very quiet and relaxing place. Not much to do for entertainment at night. It is very quiet !!! Staff were amazing and professional. Food quality was good but we needed more selections, specially when you are staying for a week. Rooms were clean perfectly and with lots of care and details.

This is a unique place with its individual private cabins, and commitment to the eco-system. We had the chance to stay both in a treetop cabin, and by the sea with a private swimming pool, both were amazing. The service was top-notch and very friendly. Paradise!

Very friendly staff clean and beautiful

The Fenix Beach resort is a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cartagena. It feels secluded and provides instant relaxation. The rooms and bungalows are unique and elegantly rustic. My only recommendation would be to have complimentary bottled water in every room, since the tap water isn't potable.

I’d like to start by saying this was an amazing experience. - Expect Baru Island prices - you are also welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks there’s a fridge in every room! We stay here every year and call it our home. We tried other hotels but this one is the best overall. The only thing I would improve is the "coffee". In a country with the best coffee in the world the breakfast coffee is not good.

Excellent stay and great staff. I asked for a quiet room and my room was quiet. I had the best sleep of my my one month stay in Colombia. Very convenient location as well. I will return for sure. Some areas for improvement: a little hectic during breakfast sometimes so I think they need to add more staff during busy season.
