De plus, nous avons essayé de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises avant d’arriver, et nous avons constamment été mis en attente pendant plus d’une dizaine de minutes à chaque fois. Le service n’est pas au rendez-vous dans cet hôtel. Déçu …"
