Necesito mi dinero de los 3 días que me cobraron sin haber estado en el hotel ya que tuvimos que salir el día lunes a las 6 am por qué no les servía el aire acondicionado en la habitación y tampoco nos ayudaron con nada no encontramos toallas en la habitación el primer día y por una hora esperamos. Si no consiguen mi dinero de vuelta hablaré con mi banco para cancelar la transacción

Front desk clerk was not inviting when checking in, no smiles or explanations, hotel is very dated, shades in room frayed, linen mix matched and had stain on pillow case, WIFI never worked. I had to go and get connected at a relative's house for work. The one excellent thing, was our server Fernando, super happy, extremely pleasant, and provided great service always.

This hotel was a complete let down. Always looked forward to stay at this iconic hotel in my home city. Reality is that the hotel needs a lot of improvement in surrounding areas and rooms. Staff wasn’t the most helpful either. In such a hot city it is a priority to have the ac in your room working as it is expected to work. But the hotel has the ac locked at 22c (72f) called the technician several times to set it to a lower temperature and nobody could fix it. I asked for a room switch only to find myself with the same issue in the new room. water heater was also not working on any of the rooms. Honestly having faced this issues with things so basic that you expect from any type of hotel I’m never staying here again.
