« Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks »

« Enjoyable stay! Location of the room was walking distance to so many shops and stores around Waikiki. Very close to the beach. Host was very responsive with requests such as towel refills and had very clear instructions for checking in and out. Would stay here again. »

Check in instruction was great and electric lock works but the room door was dilapidated. Balcony floor tiles were taken out so uneven to stand on there. »

« The room and amenities are as advised, communications with owner were quick and acurate. Nothing else to say, except that some furnitures (dresser, hair dryer, clock) and fixtures need obvious repair. This was signaled to owner, and hopefully will be fixed. But this did not impact our stay and appreciation of the appartment »

"Malgré l'état impeccable de la chambre et le confort du lit, je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Nous avons attendu 2 heures dans le lobby avant d'avoir les clefs de la chambre. 2 heures! À ce qu'il semble, il y a eu un grand groupe de personnes n'ayant pas réservé qui est arrivé juste avant nous et chaque personne prenait environ 20 minutes aux (3, très peu nombreux) réceptionnistes. Il y aurait du y avoir un file pour les personnes qui avaient réservé en ligne et qui n'avaient besoin que de 5 minutes max à la réception. Très mal organisé."
