Loved it so perfect for a calm vibe in Negril. Came for my 22nd birthday.

My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. However, we were only given wash clothes day 1, I had to call or physically go get them after that. My mom saw housekeeping & asked for one & was refused. The food was awful except for the Hibachi, that was good. The Italian place was really bad. Limited kid options. On the kids water park side there were so many bugs in the water my son refused to go back after the 1st day. Most bars close at 5. The pool bars ran out of frozen drinks by 2pm every day. The beds are like sleeping on bricks, and the staff was not as pleasant as the last time, esp at the buffet. When we went to the buffet we ordered drinks upon sitting and they didn’t come until we finished eating, 2/4 nights. Now the property is beautiful & I loved big pool, but by around 3 the water in the pool is so warm it’s like bath water. I had a medical issue & had to go to the nurse station is she was amazing. Then, I learned later they have a deal w/ the hospital so they send everyone there & I had to pay $800 upfront to even be seen. Taxi told me I should have googled a dr. Kerrol at the pool bar was the most pleasant person on the resort and made great drinks. It’s bad when a 10 year old is begging 2 go home.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

I felt harassed out if the room. 9:30 amHousekeeping checked Ok. Yes. Im checking out at 12 noon 12:01. Knocking at the door Ok. I need 5 minutes 12:04. Knocking at the door AGAIN. Really? Enjoyed lazy river but tubes were not available. Restaurants were good
