Noise, noise, noise. From the construction site, from the street bars, from the other guests in the corridors, from the water pump noises every time someone would presumably use the toilet and taps in their rooms during the night. But very cheap, so if you want to spend little, and you like noise, this is the place you want.

Don’t be deceived by the pictures, hotel and room looks nothing like it. Location: it made me very uncomfortable as it was located at the end of a very small narrow dark alley aligned with very sleazy shops. You would have the walk the narrow path in and out of the hotel - it’s a narrow one-way road so cars not advisable to drive in. Room: not exactly cheap room rates but the room is definitely cheaply managed. Very dusty shelves, very dirty toilet (pee stains on and around the toilet bowl!!), ants crawling around the basin and dirty linens. Worst thing - faulty aircon. My partner and I perspired the entire night. Didn’t even sleep a wink. Overall: Well, I booked for 7 nights and checked out right after the first night. The staff didn’t sympathise with us and refuse to refund me the remaining nights. Hotel was fully booked so room change was not possible either. Definitely not recommending this place to anybody. Book at your own risk!

My stay was ruined by the really noisy air con generator outside my window. It went all night, preventing me from getting a good nights sleep. I expect more from a supposedly "superior" room. Its a shame because otherwise this place is ok. The location is good, right by thr Nana bts.

Friendly, helpful staff, good location.
Good location, easy access to transport and staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned daily, can't fault the facility for the price.

Before you book, you should do some research what Nana is famous for. It's okay for me but it might not be okay for everyone. :)

Very convenient
It's a walking distance to Nana's Station. Very convenient even though it's close to the pub. It's not very disturbing. The hotel is comfortable and clean. We will stay here and again next time

Excellent Low Budget Hotel
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise, The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked very well and it had a good TV with cable hookup. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I would give this hotel an overall rating of Excellent.

Serviceable hotel
Would not recommend putting up in any of the rooms on level 1. If you are the type of traveler that spends little to no time in the room and only uses the room for sleeping, then it's more than adequate. The level 1 rooms however are quite cramped, and there are no windows, which could be disconcerting for some as you'll not be able to tell day from night once the door is closed.

Stayed 25-Apr-2017 for 1 night and booked 2-standard rooms without breakfast. We were given rooms 101 & 305 (on different floors). Previously stayed in 03-Mar-2017 for 1 night in superior room 402 also without breakfast. We were told that breakfast starts at 7:30am. At 6:35am we came downstairs with the intention to get a takeaway breakfast from the 7-11 shop, but was told breakfast was available now. We stayed at the hotel and paid 99baht each for a small cooked breakfast with 2 mugs of fresh coffee each. Room had wooden-type flooring and the shower was well tiled with a curtain separator. One of the rooms had the door chain missing and a broken wardrobe. Standard rooms do not have a kettle (the superior rooms do). The safe was not bolted to the furniture or wall. There are no windows in the room. The lift stops on all floors except the 1st floor (my fellow traveller had to use the stairs to access room 105). I noticed on my previous trip that there was a large open window on the upper floors by the lifts that would pose a risk to some people. Superior rooms are better, I would not stay in the standard room again.

Pleasant 1 night stay
Stayed 03-Mar-2017 for 1 night in superior room 402 without breakfast. Porter helped with the luggage. I arrived from the airport via the airport train, then changed to the BTS train to Nana. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from getting off the BTS train at Nana (including walking down the station's flights of stairs). It is located at the end of a small road filled with tiny bars and massage parlours - although it was quiet every time I walked by. There was a musty smell when entering the room, but it had good comfy chairs and wooden type flooring. The shower was well tiled and had a curtain. There were only 2 large towels, no hand towels. I didn't book breakfast, so at 07:30am went looking for food, there was only 1 Arabic restaurant open on soi-3. Ended up buying a heated microwave meal at the 7-11 shop. On checkout at 08:50am, the room was checked, not sure why as I didn't pay a deposit.

Older place but good budget value, clean, friendly
Friendly staff. TV was broken so they switched it immediately. Comfy mattress, large room, free water, kettle, older place, not fancy, but good budget choice for one or two nights especially in downtown BKK where prices keep creeping higher. I liked the easy access to the Nana Skytrain station, which can get you anywhere you need to go

Basic hotel, but perfectly acceptable
Stayed for 2 weeks. It's located in Soi 7/1 which has many "massage" type businesses, so not for the easily offended/shocked and not really suitable if you have kids. There is a reasonably priced bar at the entrance. Rooms are fine, staff are friendly (with the exception of one, but you'll get that anywhere)

After reading some of the other reviews I don't know why they did not like the place. It is a solid 3 hotel. It is clean, bed is comfortable, air conditioning works and the bathroom was good. If I had any complaint it is the following. Very close to Nana station and night life.The bars and massage places have some aggressive marketing techniques and will actually grab your arm. It is a Thailand thing so I am used to it. It is not a place for families with kids as it will foster some questions. The other complaint is that the soi is small. No real way to get a taxi down there but its a short walk so not a big deal. Neither is the hotels fault. THe breakfast was good and had a couple of choices and for 2 dollars US it was a deal especially for two people. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location
The hotel is in a convenient location just a few minutes from Nana BTS. However, the street can be quite seedy at night because it's near the red light district. Service was good and the rooms were nice and comfy.

Last nights in Bangkok.
Last couple of nights in Bangkok before heading back home. Nana station is a great stop BTS wise. This Hotel was very nice, pleasant staff, crazy location, lots of fun and entertainment. Only down side is if you are not into night markets, the Sukhumvit street is really packed with vendors and shoppers making walking very slow. Opposite side of the street is fine though. Would stay here again.

Upon entry to room, I said to myself "self, this is just for one night". After working your way up Soi 7/1 to Nana and down to Asok and Soi Cowboy the room is the last thing you care about.

Fine for what you pay for.
I only stayed for 6 hours as a 'bolt hole'. It is situated in a rather dodgy road which has massage establishments and other adult entertainment. Its cheap enough by Bangkok standards. The room is quite large and has facilities you would want. Eventually the wifi worked having reported it for failing to connect. All in all it will do for a short stay.

Great budget hotel, if only for the location.
Fantastic location just around the corner from Nana station. Helpful staff, rooms aren't state of the art but they are perfectly acceptable and it had everything you would need. I stayed for four nights and I had no problems. For the price you probably can't get better. It has everything you would look for in a Sukhumvit hotel so if you're planning a Bangkok get away and want to experience the nightlife I can't recommend it more. Only gripe was the aircon, mine was incredibly loud until I did some fiddling with the remote control and managed to make it bearable to sleep with. I slept in so long I almost missed my flight, so I'm just nitpicking really.

be aware of this hotel
if exclude the location... then it is nothing worth for...very old building ....very limited "set" breakfast... Mosquitoes are complimentary everywhere especially in rooms...even entrance area flooring was with up and downs.... Is it matters that i mention that staff are helpful... if you have nothing then good staffs are like ornaments. Never ever want to come here...even in my dreams.

Excellent hotel location close to Nana BTS Skytrain station and lots of convenient shops and services very close lots of space in the rooms and well cleaned every day . Cheap rates for such a central location and friendly staff Only small problem some rooms need a little maintenance due to wear and tear . good mini bar and in room safe too so all round a good place for a stay in this area .

nana駅にとても近いので便利です。 しかし歓楽通りの一番奥なので 12時くらいまでは賑やかです。 ホテルのスタッフはみな感じもよいので のんびり夜も外出する旅なら比較的安価な宿泊費を考えると定宿にしてもいいかなと思いました。
