I didn’t receive an upgrade but the hotel staff and the room I had was perfect . It was like living in a small apartment. I liked the free tuk tuk to the main road really nice service. I received a welcome package with soup , cerial , milk and a cola . I would recommend this hotel and stay here again .

this is a very decent place if you are traveling with friends or a small family. Easy to get food and near the train station.

Just off Sukhumvit Rd, walking distance to everything. Nice & tidy. Cafe downstairs makes a nice coffee :) It is near the bottom of Soi 8, so a little bit of a walk up to Sukhumvit, nothing terrible, but be warned, depending on season, that can be a rather warm walk. Or you can grab the tuk tuk shuttle service they run up to the top of the Soi.

I like a lot the the hotel, clean, very good location, very good breakfast and communication (tuktuk). The only exception was the noisy laundry, which should be allowed to be used until 22h only. The staff moved me to another room the same day I requested.Thanks ! I will use again this facility.

Everything was a bit tired. Room felt like it had been missing the thorough clean it really need - it was quite smelly a stale. Breakfast was appalling - probably the worst I’ve had in 12 years of travelling around Asia.
