Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. We had fabulous drinks at the bar, amazing food at the vermillion room, and a wonderful spa experience. The rooms are well stocked and comfortable.

The property has lots of history and many free tours. We went on a half hour history tour of the hotel and learned more about some subtle points of its history. The price of the hotel is definitely on the pricier side. We hope they could give free parking or breakfast for guests.

If I was just rating staff here, this place would be 6 stars out of 5!!! Unreal service! The only reason I’m letting it slip to a 4 star rating is mostly for the overall need for cosmetic maintenance around the buildings. Cracked sink, chipped baseboards, little things really. But for the price point, they should be looked at for sure. Amenities were 10/10, food was incredible, and the staff absolutely spoil you! Shout out to Vicente in the Rundle bar! We’ll be back for sure!!! ❤️

The hotel and grounds are maintained beautifully. We enjoyed the beautiful patio lined with gorgeous flowers at the back of the hotel and the heated pool. The Italian restaurant Castillo is great as well. Our dinner was amazing. The old grandeur of the interior design is quite impressive. We loved our stay there.

This resort was incredibly beautiful inside and out. It smelled wonderful everywhere. The staff were all genuinely friendly; the service everywhere was excellent. There were plenty of amenities on site and the concierge was helpful with information re off site activities.

I had high expectations of this hotel since it was expensive ($1,762.00 per night) It was beautiful looking property but when I stepped into the room I was very disappointed at how small the room was. There were no space to open my luggage on the floor. It’s about half the size of standard hotel room. Staffs were proud of their property so no appreciation of guests. Not worth the money spent and I’ll never stay with Fairmont again Room and bathroom were clean.
