Check in / check out / door locks / luggage storage can all be done without involving a human - which I didn't mind.Hotel was clean and very well situated. Rooms were a bit "thumpy." I kept hearing what sounded like furniture being moved around or sacks of potatoes being tossed around. Never figured out what the commotion was, but it was consistent. "Was not the 4 star they list as but it is a decent country place with nice grounds. We were given the wrong room type for our second room (instead of balcony a small window facing back) , restaurant was okay but out of all beef and pork at 630-7pm so that was disappointing. Linens were low quality for a 4 star and pillows really small. The singer at bar was honestly the worst I have heard in my many travels to Ireland. Staff really nice. If you get it inexpensive might be good otherwise there...
